When you say "Doodle will lay like that wherever you put him down" Does that mean he can't stand up as in he's paralyzed or does he just let you lay him like that? It is funny how much we make of our chickens isn't it? Sometimes I can understand why some people think we are crazy to have "common chickens" for pets. But most of the time I feel sorry that they can't have the fun experience of raising chickens! Doodle is a very cool Roo haha.

ETA BTW: I think rhpues just wanted you to take a picture of him like that in a frying pan, just for the fun of it. Not to eat him lol! I think it would look very funny.
