Are these photos of one egg?
I can see a couple of veins but it's possible they are breaking down, the embryo looks slightly smaller than you'd expect at 14 days.
The 3rd picture doesn't look good at all.

Based on the other images, ultimately yes I'd keep the egg, give it another day or two and then candle again. Some eggs do look weird, and you might not always see the embryo moving. So it's best to give the egg the benefit of the doubt. Post more photos in a couple days to compare. If there are no veins anymore, then I'd toss it.

Is this egg in an incubator? Do you have a calibrated thermometer?

Yes they are all the same egg just pictured turned pictured again etc to get all the way round.
Yes it’s incubated & I’ve got 2 separate thermometers running in it but the incubator had a moment yesturday! It’s been running low for 3 days so I turned it up a degree sat nicely for 3 days then somewhere between 3-7 yesterday afternoon it had jumped to 39 so I’m really hoping I’ve not cooked them 😭😬 if this egg goes we’re only left with one out of 4!

Is the other egg looking good?
I do believe the one pictured has quit, but considering the circumstances I'd still give it a little more time, sometimes they surprise you.
