If you are going to try to help the baby - YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL THE GUIDLINES TO GIVE IT BEST CHANCE. BYC helped me and it is the only reason they are alive !!!
Here is the link - but honestly your chick is better doing it itself. Weak chicks don;t make it usually for a very good reason!
