i am incubating several eggs and today i did the candling and found some blood not a blood ring but looks more like a short tick with a red pen..is this egg developing or developed and then stopped for some unknown reason????

It's definitely a bit early.
But we can't tell you from description. Really, photos in this situation are the thing that's going to help.
Give them a rest and candle again in a few more days.
And I wouldn't get rid of any eggs until two weeks into incubation. I've been nicely surprised before.

Agreed, I’ve started candling at about 7 days, then lockdown. If at 7 it still looks like a Christmas light, I get rid of it. If it has any growth I keep it til lockdown. At lockdown if they look like there’s a big blob of chick in there I keep it even it it’s smaller or doesn’t seem to move, because it’s better to be safe than sorry. If it does that slow gelatinus glide inside the egg after day 7, it’s dead.
