Dead Embryo?

Unfortunately with this batch of blue Swedish and call duck eggs I ordered, they all had detached air cells and only 4/12 showed any signs of development after day 4. Now its day 14 and one of them looks like this, while only one egg looks like it’s developing okay. Hoping at least 1 hatches.

Is this a dead embryo in the egg?
