Dead or give it a shot?

I put a small clutch into an incubator and the first chick just hatched. Im guessing this is a death sentence or maybe it has a chance. What do you think?

If that's yolk (hard to tell) it can absorb it still. Just put it somewhere it can't catch it on anything or be pecked by other chicks. If it's intestines, I'd probably cull.​
