Dead right?

We set 5 chicken eggs, 4 have hatched and the other egg I am pretty sure is dead but wanted to be certain, thoughts? I did not see movement and think I see blood.

UPDATE: Sorry I didn't see that the others hatched. Yeah definitely dead.
