We are raising Sarama chicks and all were completely healthy until a day ago. We found My favorite chick of all eight just dead on the brooder floor. We are giving them lots of clean water and food and space to explore, also, none of the other chicks died. what could have been wrong?!

How old are they? Do they have enough heat? What type of feed do you give them?

Sometimes they just die and there was nothing you could do, keep that in mind too.

Sometimes its better to purchase over two weeks chicks. They seem to gain more strength and thrive better when with their mother hen. I found out the hard way when I lost more than 14 chicks
