Dealing with a swollen vent but not prolapse

My hen had a swollen scabby vent plugged with poo I’ve been soaking keeping it clean but today she’s been pushing and making a sad noise so I soaked her twice massaging she would try to push still but nothing. I put lubricant around her vent and even tried to clean out poop in vent. Any ideas or has anyone experienced this before

If she can’t poop or is plugged with poop, this is an emergency. A molasses flush might be a good idea. I’ll try to find the details for you.

I found a post from @azygous that says 1 teaspoon molasses in 1/4 cup warm water and that it must all be consumed.
