Tractor Supply has a big jar. In a FB forum, a chicken expert recommended this:

Drench dose .30cc of corid 2x daily, for 3 days, or until she’s eating and drinking on her own.

She's stepped away from FB so I am hoping to find an answer here. What is a drench dose? Is that straight from the jar and into a syringe? Or do I have to mix it with water first and if so, how much corid to how much water? The only jar Tractor Supply had is for large animals.

Thanks for the help!

Corid has to be given in water, but you may give a drench in addition for a few days if needed. A drench dosage is 0.1 ml of undiluted liquid corid per pound of weight once or twice daily for a couple of days.

The dosage for Corid is 2 tsp or 10 ml of the liquid, or 1.5 tap of the powder to each gallon of water for 5-7 days.
