Dear chicken know-it-alls,

Oh, yes....excuse me, I mean parrot. This silkie is called an African Ground Parrot...and it NOT hatchery quality. I don't "DO" hatchery, if you know what I mean.

At least they cook them, first. Amerunicorns/Easter Eggicorns just skewer them with their horns, then can't figure out how to eat them.

Maybe we can have a swap this spring - I'll hatch some Amerunicorns/Easter Eggicorns, and you can have the roos, and I'll take some of your extra dragons?

Dragons lay devilled eggs, right?

Ooo, can I be first in line for these rare African Ground Parrots?

You all are funny! As far as I am concerned, if a chicken lays eggs for me and is cute, I am good.

Please let's keep this lighthearted and fun.
I removed a few posts that were close to calling out to keep things on track.

Greenfire just got chocolate Ameraucorns. I'm on the waiting list for 3 pairs. I can't wait until I have them and you don't.

Now see, haven't you been paying attention? They are either Amerunacorns (no I) OR Easter Eggicorns, can't be both. What color eggs do yours lay?

And, I do believe dragons DO lay devilled eggs. HUGE ones!

I want you to know my dragons are all papered... no hatchery stuff for me either, of course they are newly papered cause they cant read big words yet.

Sorry. I had to actually do some work for an hour, then had to catch up on about six pages of posts.

I've actually been contemplating a project, crossing my Easter Eggicorn roo (who throws chocolate eggs with marshmallow filling) with a New Hampshire Red dragon hen. I'm pretty sure I'd end up with hot fudge sauce.
