Chewy is out of the plastic chicken door flaps 😖. But maybe if you bought some large flexible cutting boards (all the same color if possible). You could cut them into strips, while leaving a 1-1.5 inch strp attached at the top. As an alternative, you could try the thickest plastic sheeting, or a very small pond liner - and cut that into strips as stated above.
Once you have everything cut, attach the sheet of strips inside your coop door.

That will very likely work, but it has to wait until i have finished adding a duck-run in front of the duck house, which i am currently (slowly) building: What kind of wire-mesh to use for a duck-run
I don't know what is going on in this country: You wrote that Chewy is out of the door flaps. Now try to buy ½" hardware cloth - nothing is in stock anywhere! And other poultry products are becoming scarce too, like crushed oyster shells.
