Dear god please help

Two weeks ago I got my baby chicks. They're all doing fine except one. He can't walk and is really fat and his body is hard. I'm not sure what to do. Should I put him out of his misery or is this common? I don't want to kill him, but I hate the thought of him living a life of agony. Is it worms, or tumors?

Has he been eating and drinking?

Is his stool normal? Does seem to have any issues with his feet or legs?

He's been eating and drinking when he can hobble over to it. He always has feces on his back side.

It's possible he has pasty butt if he has feces on his rear end, Take some very warm water, dip a paper towel in it and gently rub his backside to loosen the hardened feces. Then once it's off, dry him off with a paper towel.

I looked it up, I'm guessing it's something called "water belly."
