Debating about Breeds to order in Spring for egg laying?

I had 3 Buff Orps (RIP) and all of them layed almost every day. They have it all as far as I'm concerned - they're big, sweet and calm, they have great personalities, and they lay well!!

Do BO's or RIR's lay the bigger eggs? Oh and throw in the Ameraucana's / EE's. Anyone ever had those three breeds at once or even at different times? Which laid the bigger eggs? On another string they were talking about double and tripple yolkers.

My Ameraucanas (I have Ameraucanas, not EEs) lay almost every single day without fail so far-they've been laying a couple of months is all. They are supposed to lay only medium eggs and I would say that's probably true. I am impressed with them so far as layers. My Buff Orps and two of my three RIRs lay extra large to jumbo eggs now at almost two years old. One of my RIRs has always laid smaller eggs and not even really brown, LOL, but she's an exception to every RIR rule ever written.
