Ok so our chicks turned a week Friday the temps at night are averaging fifty three and higher and I’m thinking bout moving them out the brooder and into the tractor. With a heat lamp above the kiddie pool I plan to add straw too. Anyone ever done this they are currently in a rabbit tractor turned brooder box. Wrapped in feed bags and plastic. Can anyone give me their advice. I’ve attached pictures of our home made tractor. And brooder box. The tractor now has a tarp roof so keep them dry.

As long as they have the correct temperature, and protection from the weather, I do not think it would matter which pen they are in.

Plan to move them to the trampoline tractor we built. And they are currently in that brooder/rabbit tractor. I have since removed some of the plastic since it’s almost 80plus degrees so they aren’t over heated
