Moving 5 week old chicks to wet grass - ok?

I have 14 - 5 week old (possibly slightly older, not sure hatch date, almost fully feathered) who have been in brooder box under a covered deck. They are too crowded and starting to escape when I water etc. I was planning to move to a chicken tractor today until we can get a coop setup. It is raining and probably will rain on and off for several days so the grass is wet. Daytime highs are getting up to 90; low's 68-70. They have been off heat lamp now for several days. I have tarp over part of the chicken tractor which is 10x3 and chicken wire around it. Is it ok to go ahead and move them to the chicken tractor now and they will be on wet grass?

I would say yes assuming they are now fully feathered.
But watch out for the temperatures in case you get a cold snap.
