debeak or not

Hi lazy gardener,

I bought her from our local produce place. The others there did not have any injuries or problems, they are all fine and happy. I was told she is about 10 weeks old or so. I have never seen a de-beaked bird before and that was the only thing I could come up with as to why she is how she is. Maybe I am wrong and it is actually an injury or something like that. What do you think?

I'm also thinking congenital. It doesn't look like factory debeaking. The care will be the same, though, deep feed so she can scoop. And I'd not plan to breed her at all.
