Took the two chicks out and candled the other 4. Not looking good. 3 quitters and one questionable. Most expensive chicks ever, works out $100 per chick (plus postage)

Wow! We got like 24 eggs for like 80 something bucks, 16 of them hatched, and all are alive.

I mean the guy I purchased them off told me he ordered 4 dozen eggs from nsw, 2 dozen died

200 for this dozen plus 35 postage. First time seeing Sultan for sale so jumped for it, fingers crossed for pullets or at least one pullet (bet both will be cockerels)

Holy moly. I guess I’m lucky. I can get a dozen eggs by driving an hour to get them for about $20. He doesn’t have all the breeds I want, but enough that I worry about getting addicted.

Gotta find a good, healthy cream legbar source…
