@LadiesAndJane here is that chick I was telling you about that hatched from the deathlayer cross. I call her Belle after Beauty and the Beast.

No idea who the female is that laid this egg. This was the last egg I got before winter hit and I hatched her with quail. Then I bought some chicks online so she wasn’t alone.

Today is hatching day for us!! Got 3 this morning, 6 eggs still under but with no pips. Fingers crossed!
Barnyard mix, so I have 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 black right now.
