Hmm.. Day 21 and still no seramas

Number 3 hatched with one hour to go until Christmas.
No pips from the other 3 eggs at the end of day 22. Does that mean they're not going to hatch? How many days do you leave the incubator on for?

How cute! Congratulations!! We are up to five now! I'm going to give my eggs until day 24 at least before I give up all hope. We have 14 more in the incubator. I'm hoping for at least a couple more!
