Decided to move the date closer.

We thought april 4th would hold a better meaning cause thats the day we first met.
When do you start all the stuff like decorations and seating and stuff like that? is it 6 months before the date?

Some times it's a year in advance to get the hall and church. The rest of the stuff comes easily. So, see when you can get a hall, and go from there.

That is a sweet idea. However if you still want to do this outdoors in Michigan in early April, er, how to put this, rent the biggest tents you can possibly get and make sure there is another tent connecting them to the house

We decided to have it outdoors and have a BBQ reception. Its going to be a fairy tale wedding where after we kiss we get onto a white horse and ride into the sunset.

While it is certainly *possible* to get a nice day in early april in Michigan, it is not the likeliest weather, to put it mildly. Just sayin'.

ok. heaters maybe a few outdoor firepits. A portable space heater in the carriage.

We want it to be a simple wedding and we have been creating the stuff now. I am looking for a nice wedding topper to fit my personality and hers
