Yes, I made them. I wanted something weatherproof, so I found an old burgundy vinyl folder, made a template and cut out four (four hens). Found a similar piece of white vinyl, cut that out and tried to glue them together with silicone adhesive-sealant. Not sure the silicone worked great, so when I clothespined them together I nipped both the red and white together. If I were feeling more crafty, I would have put the hens names on them, but I ran out of time (daughter's nap ended!).

Purely fashionable, not functional!

Here's our little coop lite for Christmas

you'll have to excuse the mess, it's a bit muddy so we leave the leaves so we can get to our birds (this is their first winter) so far so good
