Deep Fried Boiled Egg

I just saw a dish on Food Network by Michael Chiarello, involving a deep fried boiled egg. It was soft-boiled, then coated in panko bread crumbs, and deep fried. When cut in to, the yolk was still runny. It looked so delish!

We buy here almost the same thing.
Hard boiled egg, covered in sausage meat then rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried.
It is called a Scotch egg.
Fast breakfast food or a good lunch.
