Deep Litter in dry chicken run

You can use hay.....there are many options for breeding, it will come down to what you have available and want to use. I have bedded with hay, straw and shavings at different times.


I would suggest search in "deep litter method" (dlm) here in BYC and reading up on it, as it sounds like a very viable option for you.

@ally512 posting this here is inappropriate,
this is a thread(started by someone else) about deep litter.
Plus it's highly ineffectual to post a bird you want to get rid of when we have no idea what state you live in. Please, find your state thread here and post it there.
