Deer Corn Stuck In Crop

I think one of my girls has deer corn stuck in her crop........I can feel it in there and she's not doing well. Any Idea's? Thanks.........Mary

Wondering if I gave her some oil in a syringe if that would help her get the corn down from the crop? Anyone?

She will be OK just keep an eye on her.

Give her the oil and make sure she has access to fresh water. Also sometimes yogurt helps things go down. Good luck.

Years ago (and even now) that's what many chickens were fed and survived on. It's just whole kernal corn that hasn't been ground to a finer texture. She should be fine. Her gizzard will do all the grinding she needs...

one caviate I see here alot of folks feed grains as do I and free range as do I BUTTTTTTTTT you feeding the proper grit this is essental in my opinion
