Judah was releaved that the cougar was dead. "Good job guys. I don't think he will be causing us trouble anymore."
(Just so ya know. All of the herds are going to team up until they find a new home.)

They made it to the green herds burnt feeding grounds and met up with the other groups. They started working on Kaveck's injuries and finding some medical supplies like wild medicine plants for David's burns, and Nancy's cuts and wounds.

Judah went and gathered some strate sticks and dry, strong grass to make a splint for dawn. He put the sticks on her leg and tied the grass on to keep it from sliding. She felt much better with the splint on.

Judah was devistated about there homes. The fire had destroyed everything. Most of the trees were just a pile of ashes, the water was black with ashes and all of the fish in the lake where dead. The land had turned into a burnt wasteland.
