Default pics?

My default won't allow me to delete pics. How do I fix this??

We'd prefer members don't delete pics they've posted on threads as it leaves these awful placeholders, but if you have to, for some reason, go into your album, click on the pic, look below the image, you will see the edit icon, click on that and you'll see delete at the bottom of the edit window.
