defective baby cockatiel

Hi there,
One of my baby cockatiels has a defective leg :-( . I don't know whether I can help it to improve or not. I guess the leg was hurt by the pressure of other babies, because this one was the last one and the others were much more heavier. Do you have any similar experience? What should I do?
 
Or it may be a slipped tendon which sounds more likely with the swelling and rotation. In which case hopefully this will help (it's got a good description of how to diagnose it):

If you can't fix it the bird will learn to live with it. I have a Button quail who suffered a slipped tendon as a chick. Everything I read said she wouldn't make it but she's fine and has even hatched and raised a few babies. Hopefully you can get the poor baby right though. :fl

Thank you so much. It's so heartwarming to hear that they can live with it. At first, When I saw the bird, I thought its going to die but seems like the parent are feeding and it's growing up.

It's good they are still feeding the baby but keep a close eye on them in case they realise something is wrong with it. Here's a story of a Bourkes parakeet who ended up with this but was able to cope just fine:
