I sent Ideal a message on facebook and they said the same things you guys have. They offered me a refund since we're quite happy with the five we have and don't want anymore. I'm not sure I'll call to get it because everyone has been incredibly healthy and happy from the get go and we love the one we ended up with regardless. Looks like my son will be showing the bantam's, and thankfully he's just fine with that
