deflated foot pad

My hen has been limping, and now it's gotten worse. I looked at her foot, and the big pad underneath looks deflated, like a flat basketball. There are no injuries seen on the skin. She is acting normal except for that.
All I hear is about swollen pads, but this one is flat, like the stuffing has been taken out of it.
Need help and advice.

Use some fix-a-flat, if that doesn't reinflate it you may have to install a tube.

Honestly I've never seen a deflated foot, just seen swollen ones.

Hopefully someone who has dealt with this will come along shortly.

Was it the bird with bumblefoot? Do you have any pictures?

No, it's not bumblefoot. I'll have to get pics tomorrow.
I'm almost thinking that her foot or one of her toes is sprained or broke.

There is also no strength in that foot.

The injury seems to be higher up. Like the hip. If I gently pull her let outward, she reacts. So I put her in the hospital with a heat lamp and food, and lotsa treats.
I have some heavy birds JG's etc, so as a precaution, I lowered their roost to knee level.
