I just hatch a baby chick like that. One, eye and a cross beak. He is with all the others and is doing just fine. the only thing is, if I go into the brooder, I make sure I go in from his good side or else I scare the crap out of him because he can not see me coming. He is starting to rely on other to help him see on that side. He kind of puts himslef in the middle and watches the others for reactions.
