Deformed chick

This chick hatched around midnight on the 23rd day of incubation and couldn’t hatch by itself. when it came out of the egg, it had what looked like an unabsorbed yolk sac. It’s neck is fixed in the position seen in photos and has scissor beak. I’m still new to chicks, but it sounds like it’s in pain. I don’t know if this is something I can fix or if I should just euthanize it to end it’s suffering

A belated welcome to BYC. In my experience such chicks have never survived. Good luck in coming to a conclusion about this.

I forgot about this post until now, but the chick did live until early June with most of his issues fixed. He just died in front of me, but his heart was misplaced and I believe it was a heart issue I wasn’t aware of. he enjoyed life very much.
