Deformed chick

This was the last baby born. Any tips on fixing her feet or is she doomed?. I have a video of her walking but I’m not sure how to post it. She splays them out when she’s trying to walk and one side especially just stays curled... thank you in advance for any help!

Her toes don’t want to open... she kind of splays when she tries to walk too. She ascots painful when I lightly squeeze on her upper leg on the worst foot. We’ve just been trying to massage her feet to the right position. I’m a vet tech so I have access to most things if I know how to help it! None of my docs are great with chickens
