Deformed feet?!?!

My chicks hatched and all but one died instantly. The live ones feet are turned in and it walks on its "shins". What do you guys think I should do?

Could it be splayed leg? Spraddle leg?

Permanent if left untreated, I think. You have to treat it quick.

That's not it. It's legs are straight, but it's feet won't open for it to walk.
