This 12 week old bird has us curious - roo or hen? We are thinking it’s a Delaware?

Just curious what the traits are that makes you say cockerel - tail? and we were wondering if we see the start of saddle feathers? Newbies, here!
You can tell by their comb, feathers, and sometimes just their overall face, but since he's old enough to tell by the feathers, I'll show you a few things: A- these are his sickle feathers, they are long, and curve down. B- these are his saddle feathers, they are thin pointed feathers on his saddle. C- these are his hackles, on a rooster they are longer then on a hen.

Thank you!

Likely will have to rehome if he’s a he! Just curious what the traits are that makes you say cockerel - tail? and we were wondering if we see the start of saddle feathers? Newbies, here!
