wow I have had chickens in Delaware and never knew this law existed if you follow the link and click on the poultry link you will see the former they request you fill out I've asked around about and I am told they will use this information to make you register in the " nais" national animal identification system when/if it becomes mandatory I've looked up this nais and it seems like a lot of b/s anyone have any more info on this?http://dda.delaware.gov/services/registration.shtml

Perhaps someone from Delaware will respond as to how strongly this I enforced. I do know that I would not fill it out unless forced to.

Yea that's basically where I am at with it if it becomes a problem I will deal with it at that time .. was just caught off guard when the woman at the feed store handed us that paper
