I bought 6 Delaware hens on 5/24/18. And it’s almost 6 months, they still have no eggs yet. Is that normal ?

My Delaware laid her first egg the day after the solstice in December. I'm guessing you live somewhere that daylight is still getting shorter, so your chickens may not lay until they start getting longer again.

How old were they when you bought them? In other words, have you had grown hens for six months, or are you saying they're six months old?

If they're six months old, that's perfectly normal. Average point of lay for hatchery birds is around 20 weeks, so factoring in the lack of daylight, not surprising they haven't laid yet.
