I bought 6 Delaware hens on 5/24/18. And it’s almost 6 months, they still have no eggs yet. Is that normal ?

Thy are 6 months oldHow old were they when you bought them? In other words, have you had grown hens for six months, or are you saying they're six months old?
If they're six months old, that's perfectly normal. Average point of lay for hatchery birds is around 20 weeks, so factoring in the lack of daylight, not surprising they haven't laid yet.
