Delaware- Pullet or Cockerel?

My babies are 16 weeks and are supposed to be pullets. The one that doesn't have black tail feathers was a runt and got picked on and lost most her feathers at 2 weeks and its taken some time to grow back.

Please help me confirm if both are in fact pullets.









 
Roosters. Look at all your other breeds. See how their combs are hardly noticeable? The delawares have huge, red combs which means they are males.

In that case, yes, those are hens about ready to start laying eggs.

Hubby spoke with the farmer I got them from, so in the event they were cockerel they can be returned.
