Delaware Pullet or Cockerel?

This little one is about 15 weeks old & still has me guessing. What do you think?

100% cockerel. Huge, thick legs, red comb. I can already see some pointy hackle feathers on his neck too. He's a beautiful bird!

Thank you. I thought so with that comb, but wasn't sure. Got him together with a tiny barred rock that won't leave his side. I named them Wilma & Betty. Guess it's Barney & Betty now.
