Delaware Rooster or Hen?

I have a pretty mixed flock; 2 Delaware's, 1 Welsummer, 1 Buff Orpington, 1 Rhode Island Red, 1 Barred Rock, 2 Ameraucana's. I now know that my beautiful black Ameraucana is a Steve and not an Elsa so I'm in the process of finding a placement for him as we can't have roosters in Glendale, CA. My concern now is one of my Delaware's... only because the tail and side feathers are growing in differently.
Here are some pics, can someone please let me know their thoughts?

Looks like you have two lovely delaware hens. I see what you mean about the tail feathers being slightly different to the other one but at this point it would show significant comb and wattle development and it doesnt so i'm gonna say both pullets
