You have hatched many chicks so far. Shipping can be devastating during summer months due to the heat. Just hang in there, hatching takes practice! You mentioned candling the eggs, that can cool them fast, so maybe just wait the 16 days.. If you had early quitters, at least they did develop at one point

that's something to think about. Button quail cool very fast and also do wait at least 2 days after the due date before opening then up in case there was something going on with the incubator. Don't give up! You can do it!
