Either way, until you have a conviction I'd suggest being very quiet about it. It could be seen the wrong way. I admire you for speaking out, but I also suggest caution.

OH LORD, I was going to buy a Crested White duck from her a while back, but she said she was not NPIP so I didn't. SOOO glad I didn't take that risk! The Horror!

Ok deleted and named no names. Its good advice to delete however I just feel kinda bad if someone looses birds because I couldn't warn them.
