What are you trying to treat?
If I understand correctly it depends on where you live in Canada. If you live where there is a Tractor Supply, see if they carry any antibiotics. Probably something like Neo-Clor, which may help with secondary infection due to respiratory disease.

You can also check with your co-op to see if they carry any medications.

Finally, if no luck with any of the above options, ask your vet for a script.
