I have began selling chickens and hatching eggs ever since I was twelve years old. My entire family has always enjoyed raising poultry for many generations. I have a blog named Chicken Talk With Rooster Shamblin where I share my experience with chickens. http://backyardchickens.com/ I have a wide range of interests and make a living doing many different things. Grew up on farms in western Oklahoma. My dad had farming and ranching partnerships in OK, AL, GA, and FL. You have probably eaten our peanuts and turkeys. I have always had over 50 breeds plus jungle fowl and rare pheasants. Got out of ostrich and emus when the prices got cheap. Chickens have always been one of my favorite hobbies. I export them around the world. Most my chicken breeds have at least a 50 generation pedigree. I am 52 years old and a Baptist.
