Ive looked for a nest a little while back and didn't see one, but thanks for reminding me. Ill look again.

I'd do some chicken juggling and put one of the newbies in with her...see how it goes.
Keep swapping them back and forth, mix and match, eventually they'll all get along OK.
The old girl may just be stressed from attack and now from invaders! (the new birds).
Hopefully she'll calm and lay soon.

thank you-thats a good idea, but they have been mingling for a while now- I think it will be ok. She was sitting on her fake eggs today and the pullets were all at the chicken house door- so that seems positive. thanks so glad I joined this great site.
