depressed chicken

Hi, I have an Easter egger chicken named Easter who looks a little depressed. It is winter now but I think she's been depressed long before winter started. She hasn't layed an egg in a long time (like nearly two months) but she's less than a year old, this is her first winter. Even when I put food by her she won't take it. She's extremely non-aggressive. This morning I saw all the chickens huddled up around her. She is very skinny. I want her to last the winter which will be a long time since I live in Minnesota. Please give me advise on what to do with her?

How are her feathers? Are they good and well kept or are they falling out?? Are the other chickens huddling around her pecking her?? Usually one of the first signs of a sick chicken is feather loss

I dont know what could be wrong with her.. But some chickens are just a little "off" .. We have an all white EE that kind of hangs off by herself and doesnt seem all there.. We call her Doofy
