Depressed Polish Hen?

Looky looky who's finally found each other. She's still not hanging with the crowd but Mrs.Polly & Mr. Earl seem to have each other. Instead of running with the guys he's been hanging with her and they seem quite content. All of my guys are in pairs. I inspected her and everything was good. So we'll see how tomorrow goes and decide on that haircut. Fingers crossed!!

Hi my chicken Harriet is showing those same symptoms i think she's just depressed because she's on her own her brother died lats year and she didn't take to her boyfriend much so I've decided to buy a silkie because I've heard they are really kind to other chickens. she has haircuts regularly and she has been fine since this week but she hasn't started laying yet and she's two?? don't know wether she's having trouble getting an egg out i can't feel anything tho. she hasn't got mites and she's not eating much she also doesn't peck us as hard as she used to, its like she's given up. can someone please give me advice i don't want to lose her
