This is my "special" little man Cricket. DH brought him home for Dottie so she wouldn't be an only chick. He was sickly when I got him, wouldn't eat or drink or move...just wanted to sleep. I gave him sugar water and crumbles dissolved in water by eye dropper and sat up with him for two days till he perked up and started to eat and drink on his own. He has seperation anxiety if he loses sight of Dottie and will run around crying until he sees her, then he flies to her...usually knocking her down in the process.

He's very sweet and loves his Dottie to pieces. And I love his "coat of many colors."

We still have no idea what Cricket is. I've posted pics of him all over byc and the closest we can come to is maybe an EE. He has no beard or muffs, but has green legs. He has the kindest eyes...but what is up with those long tail feathers?

He's probbably a good old fashioned BARNIE, alittle of this and a little of that.. I would guess EE and game fowl...it will be a surprize!
