I know how heartbroken you feel - your efforts to comfort and save Trousers were heroic - we are all grieving with you. All I keep wondering is why do bad things happen to such a wonderful rooster.
The horrible ones last forever or till they hit freezer camp. I know it's the same with people - but, I can't get used to it. Goodbye sweet prince and peaceful journey over the rainbow bridge.

Im so sorry. He was a special roo. At least he is out of pain and at peace. You did all you could, more than most people would, so don't blame yourself. I know what it's like to loose a pet to cancer. I lost 2 rats and a dog from cancer.
